Anyone else put themselves down and struggle with negative self-talk? If you are someone who wouldn’t dare say the same things to someone you say to yourself this episode is for you. Join me and my guest as we discuss as we very realistically discuss (there are no “just be positive messages to be had in this episode):

What does negative self-talk sound like and mean to you?

How does it impact your relationship with food and yourself?

What are some strategies to improve your negative self talk and eating?
